Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a team of product owners, project managers, business analysts, and other RTEs across the specialty portfolio.
  • •Collaborate with engineering, product, sales, operations, corporate strategy, legal, and other stakeholders to evaluate portfolio needs and drive recommendations on investment, divestment, and resource allocation.
  • •Serve as Release Train Engineer and lead SAFe ceremonies (PI Planning, ART Sync, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt) to drive work to completion and optimize ways of work.
  • •Enable business value scoring and prioritization, coordinate cross-team dependencies, set interrupt work capacity direction, and lead OKR alignment and adoption.
  • •Track and report portfolio health using key metrics and AI-enabled dashboards; establish governance, manage impediments, and own incident management response and executive reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 146,300 - 243,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of professional experience with 4+ years in a managerial role, including 8+ years leading product managers or a product portfolio.
  • •Experience serving as or working closely with a Release Train Engineer in a SAFe environment (SAFe RTE/SAFe Agilist or equivalent preferred).
  • •Ability to stack-rank competing priorities across a complex portfolio and drive cross-functional alignment through large-scale modernization or transformation.
  • •Strong facilitation, coaching, and systems thinking skills, with sound decision-making in ambiguity.
  • •Product, project, and portfolio management experience, including financial acumen for budget planning and complex financial analysis.
