Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end worldwide movement of Ops Kits and equipment shipments to and from job sites.
  • •Build and run international shipping and customs workflows (carnets, commercial invoices, HS classification, documentation) to clear on the first attempt.
  • •Evaluate, negotiate with, and manage freight forwarders/carriers, including carrier performance and scorecards.
  • •Own dangerous goods shipping for lithium batteries and other dangerous goods, maintaining certifications, packaging standards, and documentation.
  • •Run shipping and receiving from the Richmond facility and build tracking, visibility, and country playbooks as the footprint expands.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5+ years of hands-on logistics, shipping and receiving, or supply chain experience.
  • •International shipping experience, including ATA carnets and customs clearance.
  • •Working knowledge of international import/export rules and regulations.
  • •Dangerous goods shipping experience (lithium battery experience strongly preferred), including ITAR and export-controlled shipments.
  • •Ability to work on-site in Richmond, CA, and obtain/maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance if required.
