Key Responsibilities

  • •Standardize construction and production technology by developing and documenting technical specifications and best practices for product assembly and manufacturing.
  • •Evaluate supplier technical capabilities and use new technology to elevate supplier capacity to a premium standard.
  • •Conduct development sample inspections to identify quality issues, assess product safety and production feasibility, and propose solutions to improve quality and productivity.
  • •Define product presentation specifications, including folding and packaging standards, to preserve premium quality.
  • •Represent Quality Assurance in special projects for new products, processes, and technologies, and drive quality automation and optimization initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or degree in Apparel & Accessories Technology, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Strong knowledge of Softline Accessories (backpack, headwear, gloves ...) construction, production techniques, and finishing standards.
  • •At least 7-10 years of experience in accessories development and manufacturing.
  • •Proficiency in English to collaborate with teams and international suppliers.
  • •Willingness to travel to supplier locations in the south of Vietnam, China, and Indonesia.
