Key Responsibilities

  • •Own day-to-day community engagement across Reddit, X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Discord by responding and keeping conversations active.
  • •Monitor and moderate community spaces, reviewing reports and enforcing community guidelines.
  • •Surface fan feedback and DM requests to customer service, ensuring issues don’t slip through.
  • •Capture and report bug reports, sentiment, and player feedback to QA and Engineering in real time.
  • •Track trends and cultural moments, flag content opportunities, and collaborate on post ideation and content creation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 7 hourly

  • •Experience owning day-to-day community management across multiple platforms, including Reddit, X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Discord.
  • •Experience moderating online communities by reviewing reports and enforcing community guidelines.
