Key Responsibilities

  • •Support estimating and pricing activities for CSI-IPT and Industry Participants, including pricing, cost modelling, planning, formulation, review, and analysis of cost estimates.
  • •Develop and maintain pricing models, estimates, and Bases of Estimates (BoEs), collaborating with subject matter experts across the bid lifecycle.
  • •Review and validate cost build-ups, risk assessments, and supporting documentation to ensure pricing integrity and compliance with organisational and contractual requirements.
  • •Prepare and present pricing submissions and bid governance materials, including cost, schedule, and risk analysis for major projects and Estimate at Completion (EAC) reviews.
  • •Maintain audit trails from tender submission through contract award, support project start-up, and drive continuous improvement of estimating and pricing tools, processes, and methodologies.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in estimating, pricing, cost analysis, financial modelling, and development/analysis of cost estimates and pricing models.
  • •Knowledge of bid, tender, and proposal development processes, including exposure to customer submissions.
  • •Understanding of estimating methodologies, Bases of Estimates (BoEs), cost build-up techniques, pricing principles, and risk assessment practices.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex financial and operational information with high pricing accuracy and compliance.
  • •Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with ability to develop and analyse cost models, estimates, and pricing data.
