Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide direct onsite oversight and supervision of construction and installation progress.
  • •Review completed work and confirm alignment with approved drawings and specifications.
  • •Monitor and evaluate work for general conformance with contract requirements and ensure quality steps are followed.
  • •Coordinate and drive projects to completion with program stakeholders, vendors, contractors, and site personnel.
  • •Prepare daily reports and provide updates to the Construction Manager; coach others and support SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •BS degree preferred; in lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Specific working knowledge and experience in project or construction management (or related profession).
  • •Proven experience working on site and previous managerial experience to motivate others.
  • •Good understanding of reporting requirements, plus experience writing and providing management reports.
