Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain an integrated view of the X-BAT FoS opportunity pipeline across near-, mid-, and long-range pursuits.
  • •Analyze opportunities using timing, estimated value, probability of win, market attractiveness, strategic relevance, expected revenue contribution, and resourcing requirements.
  • •Own Salesforce pipeline data integrity and establish reporting standards for opportunity stages, required fields, forecast assumptions, and update cadence.
  • •Develop dashboards and pipeline-review products to provide visibility into portfolio health, capture status, forecast changes, and key risks.
  • •Partner with Finance to reconcile pipeline assumptions with bookings and revenue forecasts, and support scenario analysis for forecast impacts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, Master’s degree with 6+ years, or PhD with 3+ years.
  • •Experience using Salesforce to analyze opportunity data, maintain pipeline visibility, and support business-planning decisions.
  • •Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to build analyses, trackers, dashboards, and briefing materials.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including evaluating incomplete or changing data and producing clear recommendations.
  • •Experience supporting business development, capture, sales operations, program management, finance, consulting, or another analytical operating environment.
