Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and execute end-to-end supply planning and allocation across GCC markets, translating buying decisions and confirmed purchase orders into structured plans.
  • •Maintain ideal stock levels across channels, managing stock cover and ensuring right product reaches the right location at the right time.
  • •Develop supply plans aligned with open-to-buy budgets, without duplicating OTB-setting or buying decision processes.
  • •Coordinate new season product allocation and inbound readiness with warehouse and logistics, and track confirmed purchase orders through delivery.
  • •Build and maintain supply planning dashboards, run supply performance reviews, and report supply KPIs to improve availability and reduce lost sales.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; postgraduate qualification or professional certification (APICS/CPIM/CSCMP) preferred.
  • •6–8 years of experience in supply planning or inventory allocation, preferably in multi-market retail.
  • •Strong understanding of GCC retail markets, territory-level trading dynamics, and seasonal demand patterns.
  • •Ability to translate store/territory needs into supply planning decisions through close collaboration with retail or commercial teams.
  • •Proficiency in planning tools and ERP systems with advanced Excel; experience with retail planning software is preferred.
