•Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns while demonstrating Crocs core values.
•Assist across store departments including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
•Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives using effective selling strategies.
•Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives and sharing this with consumers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•Must be 16 years or older.
•Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours; regular attendance and punctuality are essential.
•A team-first approach and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
•Ability to move merchandise and place/arrange items on shelves and racks, including climbing ladders while carrying merchandise.
•Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information on computer/register screens and input information into a computer.
