  • •Develop and execute national strategy for Tooling Solutions and Industrial Supplies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
  • •Own overall financial performance, including P&L responsibility, budgeting, forecasting, pricing strategy, capital planning, and profitability analysis.
  • •Oversee industrial tooling rental performance and manage the Industrial Supplies and Consumables business, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional customer experience.
  • •Optimize inventory strategy and performance using forecasting, purchasing analysis, and data-driven metrics to reduce carrying costs and minimize excess/obsolete inventory.
  • •Standardize branch processes, monitor KPIs, build vendor/manufacturer relationships, negotiate supplier agreements, and travel nationally (50–75%) to support regional teams.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive leadership experience in tooling, industrial distribution, equipment rental, construction supply, manufacturing, or a related industry.

  • •Strong financial literacy with demonstrated P&L management experience, including budgeting and forecasting.
