Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve complex customer problems related to Ubuntu, Kernel, Ceph, OpenStack, Kubernetes, and other open source software.
  • •Troubleshoot issues and drive them to resolution with workarounds, guidance, and upstream bug fixes.
  • •Develop bug fixes and backport patches and coordinate with upstream for inclusion.
  • •Review code produced by other engineers and demonstrate good judgment in technical methods.
  • •Maintain close relationships with Field, Support, and product engineering teams and participate in upstream communities and team discussions.

Key Requirements
