Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end global procurement integration and roll-out of Procure-to-Pay processes, sequencing onboarding waves by entity readiness, priorities, geographies, and budgets.
  • •Translate the target operating model into entity-specific implementation plans and drive resolution of process and adoption issues.
  • •Partner across Category Management, Third Party Risk Management, Legal, Independence, and Technology to ensure operational success; support the roadmap to an ERP/Ariba environment.
  • •Directly lead and develop Category Managers and Buyers/Analysts, providing hands-on category management support for negotiations and deal execution as needed.
  • •Lead change management and governance reporting, including communications/training, adoption metrics, SLA tracking, and escalation to leadership for critical blockers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain/Procurement, Finance, or related field.
  • •8+ years of experience in procurement/category management, including M&A/post-merger integration and roll-out of Procure-to-Pay or Source-to-Pay processes.
  • •Experience leading strategic sourcing and negotiations with a demonstrated record of driving savings across multiple categories.
  • •Track record managing multi-entity/multi-site process rollouts, including readiness tracking, stakeholder alignment, and post roll-out management.
  • •Strong communication and analytical skills, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and relevant processing platforms.
