Key Responsibilities

  • •Select, develop, and apply advanced AI techniques (including LLMs, CNNs, and surrogate models) to flight physics problems.
  • •Translate business needs into technical requirements, perform rapid prototyping and feasibility studies, and deliver initial validated models.
  • •Drive adoption of standardized MLOps and POD platforms for training and deployment to ensure technical consistency across Flight Physics.
  • •Partner with aerospace domain experts to define and execute the Verification & Validation (V&V) strategy required for future certification.
  • •Process, analyze, and interpret flight physics data, and mature high-impact prototypes toward industrialization with deployment workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • •At least 5 years of professional experience in data science and analytics, including AI and big data analytics.
  • •Proficiency in Python and fluency in the core data-science stack (NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, Jupyter).
  • •Experience with SQL and additional proficiency in C/C++ and Fortran are assets.
  • •Knowledge in Flight Physics in the aerospace context is mandatory, including 5+ years in aircraft design, characterization, and simulation.
