Key Responsibilities

  • •Take full responsibility for electrical works throughout the entire project lifecycle from design, procurement, construction to commissioning and handover.
  • •Participate in design reviews and optimize electrical system solutions for reliability, cost-effectiveness, and maintainability.
  • •Prepare electrical technical specifications for tendering, and participate in supplier assessments and bid evaluations.
  • •Track manufacturing and delivery progress of key equipment such as HV/LV switchgear, transformers, and UPS; supervise on-site electrical installation and testing.
  • •Organize power energization, system commissioning, integrated testing with other trades, and prepare as-built drawings and O&M manuals for final acceptance and handover.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems and Automation, Building Electrical, or related fields.
  • •Minimum 5 years of electrical engineering experience, preferably with full-cycle project management background in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing plant projects.
  • •Familiar with full-cycle management of electrical systems from design, tendering, procurement, installation to commissioning.
  • •Experience in electrical technical RFP preparation and supplier evaluation.
  • •Familiar with power system codes and utility connection application processes.
