Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide and coordinate patient care, educating patients and the public about health conditions, and offering advice and emotional support to patients and their family members.
  • •Assess and identify patient needs; implement and monitor the patient’s medical plan and treatment while working with a team of physicians and other healthcare specialists.
  • •Perform systematic patient assessment and reassessment, collect pertinent health data, and analyze assessment information to support nursing diagnoses and outcomes.
  • •Record and monitor vital signs and address or escalate abnormalities; administer medications and treatments (including IV fluids or blood products) and monitor for reactions.
  • •Provide life support and other nursing interventions within scope (e.g., BLS, PALS, ACLS, neonatal resuscitation), manage wound care, assist in procedures, and facilitate safe admission, transfer, and discharge.

Key Requirements

  • •Have an appropriate license to work as a registered nurse in the relevant regulatory health authority, with the required qualifications and experience.
  • •Manage professional re-licensure.
  • •Hold a valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider card.
  • •Be willing to work across departments when necessary.
  • •Communicate clearly and effectively in English (spoken and written).
