Key Responsibilities

  • •Communicate with internal and external customers (email and telephone) and advise the dispatch team of customer specialty needs.
  • •Enter sales orders and maintain kiosk cards for the carrier fleet in the Libra software system.
  • •Create demand orders for loads to be delivered to HMA plants and emulsion customers.
  • •Assist the Logistics Manager with trailer maintenance and repairs and participate in daily dispatch updates/reviews.
  • •Help review broker loads for ticket verification/reconciliation and support terminal managers with ticket disruption diagnoses and operational needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and working toward an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related field.
  • •Ability to read English sufficiently to understand specifications, reports, manuals, and regulations.
  • •Perform intermediate math skills, including basic algebra, geometry, and shop math.
  • •Solve practical problems with limited standardization and interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
