Key Responsibilities

  • •Own NYC’s workplace programming calendar end-to-end, including events, activations, community moments, and logistics/budgets.
  • •Partner with People E&E on space planning, sublease transitions, and new-market buildouts; serve as NYC workplace/space point of contact.
  • •Walk the office, monitor supplies/equipment/cleanliness, and triage incoming work to protect the team from noise.
  • •Build workplace systems for tracking, documentation, and handoffs so the function scales beyond one person.
  • •Own vendor roster, inventory, procurement, and first/last-day experiences including access provisioning.
