Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and execute recurring monthly regulatory ALM processes, such as Principle-Based Reserving (PBR), including analysis, validation, and transitioning from manual to automated workflows.
  • •Collaborate with actuarial, portfolio management, and finance to analyze asset and liability risks (interest rate, liquidity, credit risk, capital); monitor duration gaps and cash flow mismatches; deliver insights and reporting to senior leadership.
  • •Develop, maintain, and improve financial and risk models and ad hoc analyses to understand financial risks and outcomes; ensure regulatory and accounting standards compliance.
  • •Identify process inefficiencies and lead initiatives to automate and enhance integration of regulatory and strategic ALM analyses.
  • •Communicate effectively across internal teams to align analysis, support decision-making, and foster collaborative problem-solving.
