Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage hierarchically the atelier couture staff (collection and bespoke)
  • •Coordinate the Atelier Couture Manager and the bespoke team to ensure transversal collaboration between creative and production activities
  • •Maintain an overview of models and implement tracking tools to monitor progress
  • •Oversee prototype fabrication for collection in line with stylistic directions, Hermès quality criteria, and deadlines
  • •Ensure smooth information relay between collection and bespoke: monitor production and deliveries within deadlines

Key Requirements

  • •Senior managerial experience in haute couture or luxury fashion couture workshops; proven ability to lead and develop a large team
  • •Extensive 20+ years cumulative experience in luxury garment production or equivalent
  • •Strong technical expertise in confection, patternmaking, and production process, with ability to develop operating price ranges and production workflows
  • •Experience establishing and scaling CAO teams, with ability to structure and optimize workshop resources
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills, agility, and ability to align cross-functional teams (development, studio, and production) with business goals
