Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build high-volume, low-latency, high-availability backend applications across the full software development lifecycle.
  • •Write clean, testable, specification-compliant code and manage software components through release.
  • •Integrate AI/ML capabilities into Java services using LLM APIs and intelligent backend services (RAG, semantic search, automation) for AI-driven workflows.
  • •Build AI agents for automated root cause analysis, self-healing, and intelligent test automation.
  • •Partner with Adobe product teams (Express, Firefly, Photoshop) to deliver end-to-end solutions and enable self-service platform engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •5–8 years building scalable, multithreaded server-side Java/Java EE applications using Java/Spring and OOP design patterns.
  • •Strong data and performance skills with relational databases (SQL, transactional queries) and MongoDB, using JPA2 and Hibernate/ORMs optimized for speed and scalability.
  • •Hands-on experience integrating LLMs/AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) into Java services using Spring AI or LangChain4j, including prompt engineering and context management.
  • •Experience with AI infrastructure and RAG, including vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, pgvector) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures.
  • •Practical use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor) with knowledge of model deployment, cost/latency optimization, and responsible AI guardrails (privacy, hallucination mitigation).
