Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise others by monitoring daily work, tracking/approving timesheets and time off, checking goals and performance, and documenting concerns and HRIS updates for promotions/transitions/separations.
  • •Conduct client intake interviews and comprehensive assessments to inform treatment planning and individualized, measurable goals.
  • •Provide counseling and therapeutic interventions, continuously evaluate progress, adjust approaches, and deliver crisis intervention with appropriate referrals.
  • •Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation and accurate client records.
  • •Work with counseling leadership to develop and evaluate program initiatives (including group therapy) and coordinate a schedule to meet client needs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 59,000 - 65,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a relevant behavioral health field with two years of postgraduate direct service delivery experience.
  • •Currently licensed or license eligible in Illinois (LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW) and able to provide clinical counseling services.
  • •Fluency in Spanish required.
  • •Demonstrated ability to adapt therapeutic interventions to clients’ cultural and linguistic needs.
  • •Ability to conduct risk assessments (suicide, self-harm, domestic violence) and maintain accurate electronic documentation using telehealth platforms.
