Key Responsibilities

  • •Own system-level validation, failure analysis, characterization, and experimentation for customer systems.
  • •Run and configure diagnostic software; design experiments; analyze and interpret data; create custom hardware and software tools.
  • •Provide technical customer integration support at customer locations, including debugging product customer failures and reproducing original failures.
  • •Collaborate with Product Engineering and coordinate RMA activities; implement fixes for failures and produce 8D/failure documentation for resolution.
  • •Design and execute intelligent DOE; perform system characterization and develop software to interpret memory usage and test data.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering (or equivalent).
  • •Comfortable programming with Linux and Python/C/C++, using version control systems such as git and svn.
  • •Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for diagnosing failures and interpreting test data.
  • •Strong communication, data analytics, and presentation skills for sharing findings with customers and internal teams.
  • •Basic understanding of DRAM operations and computer networking.
