Associate Planner, Demand Planning

Develop and integrate account/brand-specific demand forecasts to support internal sales and operations planning, including replenishment, point-of-sale, promotions, marketing plans, manufacturing capacity, and assortment/product deletions. Under close supervision, own market-level forecasting for targets and fill-rate achievement, maintain product history, and analyze demand patterns. Collaborate with sales, marketing, R&D, and forecasting teams to improve forecasting accuracy and optimize consumer demand, assortments, and replenishment strategies.
