Job Summary

Operate Stripe’s open-banking integrations end-to-end, triaging degradations, diagnosing root causes, and coordinating with financial partners to drive urgent resolution. Build and launch new partner integrations using agentic tooling, and analyze data to uncover reliability insights and improve product performance. Design LLM-powered workflows with human-in-the-loop review for high-risk automation, and strengthen anomaly detection and observability to keep partner and internal systems reliable and correct at scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Become a domain expert in open banking, financial data access, and data aggregation, including systems, partners, and failure modes.
•Own integration health end-to-end by triaging degradations, diagnosing root causes, coordinating with financial partners, and driving timely resolution.
•Handle technical inquiries from internal teams and external partners, including deep investigation and targeted code or configuration changes.
•Design, build, and ship LLM-powered agentic workflows to streamline and automate high-volume operational tasks, with human-in-the-loop review for meaningful risk.
•Design and improve anomaly detection systems and observability tooling to ensure data flowing through partner and internal systems is reliable and correct.

Key Requirements

•Strong technical problem-solving skills to work across complex systems using code, documentation, debugging tools, logs, raw data queries, and domain expert input.
•Experience building with AI and LLM tooling, with clear outcomes and the ability to pick up new tools quickly.
•Strong SQL skills and ability to navigate data systems to diagnose and scope issues.
•Comfort with developer tools like git and ability to make well-scoped code changes in a large codebase.
•Strong written and verbal communication to frame messages for both technical and non-technical audiences.
