Key Responsibilities

  • •Become a domain expert in open banking, financial data access, and data aggregation, including systems, partners, and failure modes.
  • •Own integration health end-to-end by triaging degradations, diagnosing root causes, coordinating with financial partners, and driving timely resolution.
  • •Handle technical inquiries from internal teams and external partners, including deep investigation and targeted code or configuration changes.
  • •Design, build, and ship LLM-powered agentic workflows to streamline and automate high-volume operational tasks, with human-in-the-loop review for meaningful risk.
  • •Design and improve anomaly detection systems and observability tooling to ensure data flowing through partner and internal systems is reliable and correct.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong technical problem-solving skills to work across complex systems using code, documentation, debugging tools, logs, raw data queries, and domain expert input.
  • •Experience building with AI and LLM tooling, with clear outcomes and the ability to pick up new tools quickly.
  • •Strong SQL skills and ability to navigate data systems to diagnose and scope issues.
  • •Comfort with developer tools like git and ability to make well-scoped code changes in a large codebase.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication to frame messages for both technical and non-technical audiences.
