Job Function: Business Development & Partnerships

Key Responsibilities

  • •Run partner performance reviews and identify improvement plans when partners miss KPIs.
  • •Review upcoming deployment volume vs partner capacity and proactively negotiate capacity expansion and agreements.
  • •Lead commercial conversations on rates, capacity commitments, and contract terms as partners grow.
  • •Meet with technicians and partner leadership to understand operational challenges and unblock deployments.
  • •Design and operate programs that reward technicians for quality work and on-time installs, and build systems like dashboards, feedback loops, onboarding, and scorecards.
