Key Responsibilities

•Direct the direction, coordination, and growth of all utility market sales through direct customer contact and close coordination with local ProTools Territory Managers.
•Coach and direct regional Territory Managers within a matrix-managed environment.
•Perform field product demonstrations, training, and technical support with end-users and distribution channel partners.
•Drive strategic new products sales and solutions to expand markets and share; develop, present, and execute annual business plans to deliver incremental sales growth.
•Develop and manage a monthly/yearly sales forecast; own relationships with Key Distributor Partners and End Users, and provide subject matter expertise for product, applications, and pricing.

Key Requirements

•Experience with distribution channels, with emphasis on Electrical, Industrial, and Plumbing.
•Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, industrial distribution, or other relevant disciplines; OR minimum of five years relevant experience instead of a bachelor's degree.
•Demonstrated success in formulating, presenting, executing, and measuring a Territory Business Plan to deliver incremental sales growth.
•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Experience performing field product demonstrations, training, and troubleshooting with end users and distribution.
