Key Responsibilities

•Build and design large-scale machine learning algorithms to model real-time creator interests and improve conversion efficiency.
•Optimize commodity relationship mining plus recommendation ranking and recall, improving overall platform GMV.
•Analyze creator and merchant behavior using large-scale data to create targeted algorithm strategies that improve monetization efficiency and drive industrial upgrading.
•Support scalable and optimized AI/ML model production for TikTok’s e-commerce growth.
•Build algorithms for extraction, transformation, and loading of large volumes of real-time unstructured data to deploy AI/ML solutions.

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate or postgraduate currently pursuing a degree/master in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
•Strong theoretical understanding of machine learning and familiarity with methods such as Collaborative Filtering, Matrix Factorization, Factorization Machines, Word2vec, Logistic Regression, Gradient Boosting Trees, and Deep Neural Networks.
•Experience training and deploying models using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or MXNet.
•Strong learning ability with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
