Key Responsibilities

  • •Comply with safety and environmental rules, including emergency procedures and firefighting readiness.
  • •Coordinate with the CCR Operator/Shift Supervisor on activities affecting plant operations.
  • •Perform safe start-up and shutdown of the plant in accordance with SOPs.
  • •Inspect assigned areas and auxiliary equipment during shifts, ensuring parameters remain within limits and reporting abnormalities.
  • •Maintain shift logs, execute scheduled equipment changeovers, support maintenance isolation/line-up, and ensure proper housekeeping and waste disposal.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in Power and/or Desalination Plant operations.
  • •Follow safety rules and be familiar with firefighting equipment and emergency operating procedures.
  • •Know plant P&IDs, SOPs, work instructions, and basic control logic.
  • •Monitor operating parameters, record periodic readings, and summarize shift activities in the logbook.
  • •Experience in the Middle East is preferable; ISO 9001/14001/OHSAS 18001 awareness/working knowledge is preferred.
