Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with employees as a hands-on technical resource for Smart AI best practices, approaches, and blocker removal.
  • •Meet with employees to understand needs, requirements, workflows, and impediments as they build with AI.
  • •Answer questions and troubleshoot Smart AI tools, models, prompts, harnesses, and development environments.
  • •Identify recurring needs and translate them into clear requirements for Smart AI roadmap execution.
  • •Build and improve reusable journeys, skills, templates, and supporting infrastructure; also host office hours and create guidance and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of technology experience, preferably in a startup environment.
  • •Hands-on engineering background building with tools like Claude Code, understanding how software is orchestrated and deployed.
  • •Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly via independent study and experimentation.
  • •Strong empathy and user-focused problem solving to identify roadblocks and create practical solutions.
  • •Ability to communicate across technical levels and move between requirements gathering and implementation.
