Senior Manager - Investment Analysis

Assess development opportunities from early vision stage through project delivery, including Highest and Best Use analysis, financial feasibility, and business valuation. Prepare gateway approval presentations with concept, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and investment returns (IRR, ROI, NPV). Own budgeting and forecasting across business units, producing master budgets, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, and management reporting while partnering with leadership, treasury, and accounts payable.
