Job Summary

Lead the Enterprise Software Asset Management (SAM) program, driving operational excellence across the software lifecycle—compliance, optimization, audit readiness, and reporting—while minimizing operational risk. Execute end-to-end SAM workflows in the ServiceNow ecosystem, maintain license compliance across SaaS/COTS/on-prem models, measure KPIs/KRIs, and deliver risk remediation. Partner with IT and cross-functional stakeholders, and lead and develop a specialized team.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver Enterprise SAM operational outcomes aligned with COBIT, FFIEC, and internal risk standards.
•Execute end-to-end SAM operational workflows across the ServiceNow ecosystem, prioritized by enterprise value and risk.
•Maintain and improve software compliance and optimization across SaaS, COTS, and on-prem licensing models.
•Deliver continuous audit readiness via automated license reconciliation, evidence generation, and compliance validation.
•Lead reporting support, intake prioritization, risk remediation action plans, and organizational change/adoption strategies; inspire and develop the SAM operations team.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
•ITIL Service Management Foundation certification.
•7+ years overseeing and optimizing costs/revenues for IT services in a total IT environment.
•3+ years hands-on implementing and operating SAM operational workflows within the ServiceNow ITx platform (ITAM, SAMPro, ITSM, ITOM and integrations).
•Experience leading people and organizational change to drive adoption of standardized SAM operational workflows.
