Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage delivery pipelines through regular communication with Sales Specialists to align on delivery readiness.
  • •Conduct pre-delivery and post-delivery conversations, guiding customers through key vehicle features and functions and tailoring the experience to their needs.
  • •Manage lease-end customers by scheduling grounding and arranging lease-end vehicle intake appointments, completing required documentation.
  • •Ensure vehicle readiness for each delivery, including final quality checks, staging vehicles, and accurately completing paperwork.
  • •Book and track final mile transport as needed and use Salesforce to document inbound/outbound activity and delivery specifications.
