  • •Own end-to-end execution from approved business case through pilot, rollout, and value capture, accountable for P&L impact.
  • •Coordinate across transformation workstreams by managing sequencing, dependencies, governance, and reporting.
  • •Adapt and scale the operating model across brands and franchise networks, accounting for brand nuances and OEM requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years leading enterprise transformation, operating-model redesign, or large-scale operational programs with measurable results.
  • •Proven ability to redesign core sales/commercial operating models (processes, roles, workflows) in a multi-unit or distributed retail environment, with lasting adoption.
  • •Experience adapting a digital-disruptor or direct-to-consumer commercial playbook to an established operating environment.
  • •Ability to lead through influence without formal authority, building trust across operators, finance, and corporate functions.
  • •BS/BA in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field (MBA strongly preferred).
