Key Responsibilities

•Greet guests, scan tickets at entry, answer questions, and assist guests with locating seats during events.
•Help maintain the venue’s safety, cleanliness, and overall presentation for guests.
•Resolve guest complaints or problems, and verify tickets or passes for authenticity.
•Provide assistance to guests with special needs and help guide guests to exits or instructions during emergencies.
•Support sustainability and recycling efforts and help close the venue after shows, including collecting recyclables and storing equipment.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
•At least 1+ year in a guest service role (preferred).
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Strong judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
•Ability to walk constantly, climb stairs, and occasionally sit, lift, and carry 25 lbs.+.
