Quality Engineer

Build a structured quality approach for the FIB/TEM metrology group by defining acceptance criteria and key quality metrics, tracking trends, and driving continuous improvements. Serve as the focal point for quality escalations, lead root-cause analysis, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented. Partner with engineers, technicians, and BU customers to align requirements upfront and prevent repeat issues as operations scale.
