  • •Produce monthly post-contract cost reports, contribute to value engineering, and negotiate/agree final accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record delivering high-quality cost management/quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle.
  • •Professional qualification ideally RICS (or similar).
  • •Degree or HNC level qualification.
  • •Good knowledge of construction, ideally from a Main Contracting or PQS background.
  • •Outgoing, collaborative approach with a keen interest in real estate/cost management.
