Key Responsibilities

•Map creative workflows end-to-end (briefing through measurement) and redesign them to improve efficiency.
•Identify workflow bottlenecks and diagnose root causes of friction such as approval delays, handoff failures, tooling gaps, and governance issues.
•Configure and implement creative AI platforms and build production-ready AI pipeline components (prompt architectures, agent workflows, automation layers, and quality control).
•Integrate AI-powered workflows into existing ecosystems including DAMs, CMS platforms, marketing technology stacks, and project management systems.
•Establish governance and adoption practices (brand safety, rights management, compliance, auditability), train teams, and track success metrics.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience building and deploying creative, content, or marketing workflow solutions.

•Working knowledge of DAM systems, CMS platforms, content APIs, project management tools, and orchestration frameworks.
