Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive HSSEA culture and performance, ensuring safe and secure project delivery while protecting contract margins.
  • •Ensure Construction Management and Project Management/Project Controls effectively manage construction and commissioning scopes and apply consistent risk management.
  • •Provide construction and commissioning input to proposals and bids, support bid preparation/reviews, and coordinate SMEs as needed.
  • •Lead development and improvement of the Construction Management System and optimize construction and field commissioning technologies.
  • •Provide line management for direct reports and oversee construction engineering/management personnel (typically 50–200), including performance, workforce planning, capability development, and competency assurance.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum ISCED Level 6 (Bachelor's Degree) in Engineering or Science, or equivalent expertise gained through extensive industry experience.
  • •Chartered Membership of a relevant professional institute/association or Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) status (or equivalent professional accreditation).
  • •Extensive knowledge and practical experience in construction and commissioning of complex projects, including significant field-based construction experience.
  • •Strong understanding of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning (EPCC) processes and tools.
  • •Proven leadership promoting safe work practices, with excellent written/verbal communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
