Key Responsibilities

•Support day-to-day media liaison, develop solid media relationships, and manage media requests and product reviews.
•Develop press materials, from press releases and blogs to Q&As and briefing documents, with high attention to detail.
•Handle junior client relationships, developing a strong rapport with day-to-day contacts.
•Oversee the creation of coverage and activity reports for clients.
•Manage press briefings, product launches, conferences and related events for clients.

Key Requirements

•Experience in the technology and/or telecoms sectors is a must, with the ability to work across global client briefs.
•Passion for technology and understanding of the consumer technology market, excited by its future within society and business.
•Strong media relations skills, with the ability to craft compelling pitches and sell them to business, trade and national media.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with detail-oriented approach to press materials and briefing documents.
•Ability to manage junior client relationships and coordinate with international Burson offices to maintain strong relationships.
