Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic legal advice on labor laws, employment regulations, and regulatory requirements affecting operations.
  • •Draft, review, and advise on employment contracts, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.
  • •Support management in resolving complex employee relations issues, disputes, and disciplinary matters.
  • •Stay abreast of legal developments in labor and employment law and assess their impact on the company.
