Plan and establish production schedules for the facility by balancing capacity with sales and order demand. Build and maintain a three-month long-range build plan, release and monitor job work orders, and optimize work center loads using ERP data and Vantage reports. Coordinate across Manufacturing, Project Management, Engineering, and Purchasing, monitor project startups, and lead weekly scheduling, reporting, and issue resolution to ensure on-time completion and shipments.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan and schedule all production activities, maintaining level and efficient capacity loads across work centers.
•Create, release, and monitor job work orders and work order releases to ensure on-time completion.
•Build and maintain a long-range three-month build plan based on sales backlog and forecasted orders.
•Coordinate with Manufacturing, Project Management, Engineering, and Purchasing to meet manufacturing economics and customer requirements.
•Release weekly plant schedules by work center, report job status and shipments, and analyze WIP/labor/material transactions to resolve issues.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 45,000 - 65,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in an operations role in a manufacturing environment (consumer environment preferred).

•Professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally under deadlines.
