Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct structured interviews and workshops to capture current-state process information, requirements, and pain points.
  • •Design, document, and visualize business processes using BPMN 2.0 and process-mapping tools.
  • •Facilitate process review sessions with stakeholders to validate flows, identify gaps, and refine decision points.
  • •Document processes during transitions or migrations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and version control as processes evolve.
  • •Collaborate with Lean Six Sigma Black Belts to define future-state process maps, identify improvement opportunities, and monitor process performance metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Process Analysis, or similar roles, ideally in the ITES or BPM industry.
  • •Strong experience documenting and mapping business processes using Microsoft Visio or other BPM tools.
  • •Familiarity with BPMN 2.0 process modeling notation.
  • •Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (minimum); Green Belt is a strong plus.
  • •Ability to interpret process performance metrics and communicate effectively with stakeholders in workshops.
