Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs and individual goals.
  • •Lead, develop, and coach the team to exceed individual and store productivity goals.
  • •Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
  • •Support the Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, feedback, and development.
  • •Ensure compliance with company policies and standards while partnering to manage expenses, control shrink, and drive profitability.

  • •Comfort with word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools; able to perform physical tasks throughout the store.
