Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted advisor and relationship manager for clients across Property & Casualty coverages and risk financing strategies.
  • •Lead stewardship of a book of business, including pre-renewal and renewal meetings, to drive retention and satisfaction.
  • •Assist Account Management with renewal proposals, submission materials, and review of carrier proposals.
  • •Collaborate with Account Management, claims, and loss control to develop renewal strategies, address client concerns, and enhance client communications.
  • •Identify opportunities to enhance coverage, improve program structure, or reduce total cost of risk while coordinating client service plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep knowledge of Commercial Property & Casualty insurance.
  • •Property & Casualty Broker’s License required upon hire; CPCU or similar designation preferred.
  • •10+ years of P&C experience with a strong background in commercial insurance; prior retail brokerage experience required.
  • •Strong relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based service model.
  • •Group Captives experience preferred; familiarity with EPIC or other agency management systems preferred.
