Job Summary

Lead maintenance and facility operations in a fast-paced FMCG production environment to ensure high equipment reliability, safety, and cost control. Build and lead technical teams, drive preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives, manage budgets and supplier contracts, and collaborate across Operations, Planning, HR, and Senior Management to support long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop the maintenance and facility organization to ensure high equipment reliability and operational continuity.
•Establish and monitor KPIs in safety, quality, productivity, cost, and machinery availability, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
•Own the maintenance and facility budget, ensuring effective cost control, resource optimization, and accurate reporting.
•Define and execute preventive maintenance strategies and oversee maintenance tickets and schedules to ensure timely completion.
•Manage technical projects including investments, installations, commissioning, and handover of new systems or production lines.
