Job Summary

Provide a premium customer experience by suggesting looks aligned with current trends and promotions, engaging shoppers through the Red Tab Loyalty program, and resolving concerns with customer satisfaction in mind. Support store operations by handling cash, processing shipments, maintaining merchandising standards, and following store policies and directives. Work closely with the Store Manager and leadership team to drive performance and support the store’s omni experience.

•Suggest looks based on current trends, promotions, and consumers’ needs aligned with Levi’s service approach.
•Promote Levi’s omni experience and engage consumers through the Red Tab Loyalty program.
•Resolve consumer concerns per company policy and partner with store management on elevated issues.
•Handle cash and merchandise operations including shipment processing, floor set, markdown, replenishment, and comply with store procedures and policies.
