Job Summary

Provide second-line onsite technical support and field engineering for client networking infrastructure. Proactively identify, log, and resolve incidents to prevent missed SLAs, diagnosing root causes using knowledge articles. Respond to alerts, troubleshoot and escalate to L3 Field Engineer when needed, and keep incidents updated in the required platform. Collaborate with client IT environments, carriers, colleagues, and vendors to deliver efficient resolution and service continuity.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide professional second-line onsite technical support and field engineering services to clients.
•Proactively identify problems and errors, log incidents with required detail, and manage them through effective resolution.
•Diagnose second-line support calls and investigate alerts; escalate to L3 Field Engineer when unable to resolve within stipulated time.
•Ensure incidents and requests are updated with progress and resolution details using the required platform.
•Coordinate with stakeholders (client IT environments, carriers, colleagues, and 3rd-party vendors) and follow handover procedures for shift changes to maintain service continuity.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computing, or a related field.
•Professional-level certification in networking technologies (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5; CCNP, JNCIP, ACMP).
•Moderate experience with networking technologies including routing and switching, Wireless, and SDI distribution across core and access layers.
•Moderate experience providing technical support to clients.
•Moderate experience in diagnosis and troubleshooting, including remote support in networking technologies.
