Provide customer service and needs-based financial product recommendations for Banking Center clients while helping drive sales, retention, and operations goals. Process routine teller transactions and lead conversations that build trust, generate leads, and deepen relationships. Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and bank policies, meet branch audit requirements, and supervise/coach fellow relationship bankers, including onboarding and role modeling.
