Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Support store goals by educating consumers on products, promotions, and events.
  • •Assist across store departments, including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  • •Handle daily retail operations including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdown processes, loyalty promotion support, and cleanliness/recovery standards.
  • •Follow asset protection policies and collaborate with Store Management to improve personal KPIs using sales-driven techniques.

Key Requirements
