Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently perform repairs and installations for patient monitoring systems (including remote repairs and Field Change Orders) while adhering to relevant processes.
  • •Conduct system-wide error analysis and solution finding considering clinical, technical, and economic aspects.
  • •Ensure customer satisfaction via professional communication, active escalation management, and collaboration with internal and external partners; guide colleagues.
  • •Run technical trainings for installations, coordinate small projects (e.g., moves, upgrades), and independently resolve IT/network disruptions.
  • •Document all activities per Philips quality criteria, report safety-relevant defects, and act as a medical devices advisor (§ 31 MPG) with communication to supervisory authorities.
